Ingrid Khuong

Ingrid Khuong is a first-year science student from Québec City, Que. She continues to prove she is one of the AUS conference's top defenders. In the 58-51 win over the St. Francis Xavier X-Women on February 13, the rookie dominated the glass with 22 rebounds—including nine on the offensive end—while adding three steals, a block, six assists, and five points.

 

"Ingrid was a dominant presence in our win over St. FX to secure third place (in regular season play). Her effort is unmatched," said Matt Gamblin, UPEI Women's Basketball Panthers head coach. "To pull down 22 rebounds and add six assists as a rookie in a game of that magnitude was truly impressive."
